- At Alice x Nail, we're specialised in gel and hand painted nail's art. We're provide gel manicure (BIAB), gel extensions (Gel-X) and personalised custom nail arts.
- Our product are high quality gel, free from harmful chemicals, cosmetic grade, vegan friendly and has no harsh odour, manufactured in Japan/South Korea.
+ Do you do SNs or acrylic?
No, we do not offered Acrylic or Powder Dipping System.
+ Do you do pedicure?
Unfortunately not at this stage.
+ How long does gel last?
- Gel Manicure (BIAB): usually lasted 4+ weeks.
- Gel Extension (Gel-X): usually lasted 4+ weeks.
All of above services possibly lasted longer if after care is maintained. Or depending on your nail conditions

Step 2 : Choose your Nail Art services. At Alice x Nail, we offer hand painted nail arts and also provide personalised custom nail arts tailored to your request. Nail arts take time depending on the complexity of your design or how crazy you want it to be! Please check our nail arts pricing menu or sent us a photo to get a quote.
Step 3 : Choose your removal service. Please refer to our price lists.
Step 4 : Choose your Fixing Nail service. Please refer to our price Lists.

+ How much does the service cost?
To get the quote of our services. You have to combine all 4 sevices together : Base Service + Nail Art Service + Removal service + Fixing Nail Service = Total Cost of Service.
For Nail Arts, please note that price can vary based on complexity and time. Nail Art's menu has an estimated price scale for your preferences. Also, if you have Inspo and want to get a quote for that, you can send it to us to estimate the price for you as well.

- Before you sent me a message, please check through all of our informations that we provided. Such as: price lists, service's menu, time estimating, our location, payment options, service's policy ect.

- make a booking fee's payment to secure your appointment
- get an appointment confirmation from us, and then you are all set in for the service
+ booking fee?
A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required at the time of your booking. Your booking fee will be held and will be deducted from your final payment. An appointment is not secured unless a booking fee has been paid and confirmed.

No, as we are a home studio business, specialises in one on one services, we are not set up for multiple clients at the sametime.

At Alice x Nail we accept payments by

+ Why do I need to arrive with bare nails?
To maintain the quality of my work, I do not offer infill or work on another nail tech or salonβs work.
We prefer all new client to come with bare nails for their first appointment. If you arrive with nails from another salon and require removal without notice. Alice x Nail has the right to modify the service to fit into the remaining time An additional removal fee will be added onto your service.

Do you know how important of correct nail removal?
β€οΈ There are several steps that are required to safely remove your old gel, acrylic or dipping system. If not done properly, it can damage and ruin your natural nails.
At Alice x Nail, we offer a professional and comprehensive nail removal service that will not damage or ruin your natural nails. We are qualified & trained, equipped with the right equipment, and strictly follow the proper procedures.
It is important to understand that each nail type requires different time to remove. For example, Gel takes around 20-30 minutes, Nail extension takes around 30-40 minutes. This can be contributed to several factors, such as the thickness and surface area of the applied nail enhancement, and the type of nail enhancement used.
Picking and Peeling off nail enhancement π΅β: This is a big NO, NO.β Every time you pick and peel off your nail enhancements, it can also peel off a layer of your nail. Untrained and unqualified nail tech will commonly use plastic tips to lift and peel off the nail enhancement. This is also a BIG NO, NO! Constant picking and peeling of your nail enhancement will cause stress to your nail plates and overtime will result in your nails to become thin and weak.π

It really all depends on the complexity of the nail art level you pick.
At Alice x Nail, we offer detailed hand-painted nail art service and we use high quality products. Our nail art is customised, tailored and personalised to your preference. Because of this, our nail art service can take from 30 minutes to couple of hours to complete. The price of the nail art is based on the complexity and the time is required to complete.
