A non-refundable booking fee of $35 is required to secure your booking.

Your booking will be confirmed after your booking fee has been made. Your booking fee will be held and will be deducted from your final payment.

Before you make a booking it is expected that you read the policies and agree to the terms & conditions.

For all appointments, please come on time. If you come early please wait in your car until your appointment time. If you are late more than 15 minutes without giving me notice before your appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled as no show. Your booking fee will be forfeited as a NO SHOW FEE.

Please let me know if you are running late. If you are 10 minutes late, $10 fee will be apply. If you are 15 minutes late, $15 fee will be apply. If you over 20 minutes late, your booking fee will be forfeited as LATE ARRIVAL FEE. Alice x Nail has the right to modify your service to fit within your remaining appointment time. If I see that we couldn't continue the service because there isn’t enough time, I reserve the right to cancel your service.

If you don’t turn up to your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited as NO SHOW FEE.

If you do a no show again, we reserve the right to refuse your booking.

Alice x Nail will allow cancellation or reschedule or change your service 24hrs before your appointment time. Your booking fee will be held onto for your next appointment. Please note, booking fee are non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule or change service of your booking less than 24hrs from your appointment time, your booking fee will be forfeited as LATE CANCELLATIONS FEE.

Pricing & timing depending on the level of art you require and will be determined prior to your service.

Should you need to shorten or cancel or change your mind under 24 hours, you will be charged the full quoted price for the art level you have originally booked for.

If your nails have any breaks or lifting occurs within 48 hrs after your service that is not fault of yours. I will repair them for free at my next available appointment. After 48 hrs new booking will be require and fixing fee will be apply.

We do not offer refund in any circumstance. During your appointment, I will always continue checking if you happy in every steps. We want you to walk out and be happy with our service. Please make sure you tell us if you are unhappy, so we can do something to fix it on spot.
